Annuals
Annuals are plants that live only  one season. They are
inexpensive and are a  beautiful addition to your garden.  They can
be grouped together in a mass planting, or tucked in here and
there amongst your perennials and around rocks or tree trunks.
They will give you color all summer long.
We offer a wide variety of annuals.  Cosmos, marigolds,
petunias, pansy's, dusty miller and zinnias, are just a few of
the annuals we grow at the farm.
Proven Winners certainly live up their
name.  They come in a huge variety of
colors and textures.  They  bloom all
summer and  many of them will spill
over the sides of your pots and
containers.  Proven winners make
stunning hanging baskets and window
boxes.
We sell Proven Winners individually
and in mixed hanging baskets and
pots.  Some of our favorites are
Bocappa, Tapien verbena, Scaveola,
Biddens, Osteospernum and Lobellia.

Ivy geraniums, pillar, zonal,
and perennial are a few of
the different types of
geraniums we grow.
Perennials, or hardy
geraniums have a very long
growing season. They are
drought tolerant and bloom
from late spring through
summer. Zonal geraniums
are the most popular, come
in many colors and are
fragrant.  Ivy geraniums have
a beautiful shiny ivy leaf.
The flower is much different
then a zonal.  They drape
down over the hanging
baskets and are simply
beautiful.  Geraniums are
certainly a favorite around
the farm.
The geranium is one of the most
popular of all flowers  around the
world...who doesn't love a big colorful
geranium to brighten up their deck
planter or window box?  Geraniums are
drought tolerant, easy to grow,
fragrant and attract hummingbirds.
They also can handle the hot sun in
mid summer.
