| Katie Jeffrey-Lunn, the owner of FitNutrition, LLC, is a registered dietitian who holds an M.S. in Nutritional Sciences. Additionally, she is a certified dietitian in Connecticut and is licensed in Rhode Island. Katie is excited to provide nutrition services as a registered dietitian in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Katie is passionate about working with all age groups to optimize health and promote physical activity. As the owner of FitNutrition, LLC she will be providing personal nutrition counseling, sport specific nutrition counseling, nutrition and health educational group sessions, corporate lunch and learn sessions, supermarket tours, pantry make overs as well as presentations and cooking/baking demos. Katie looks forward to meeting and working with individuals and businesses to advance health and physical activity. On spring and winter weekends, Katie enjoys working with family and friends at Pequot Plant Farm. She hopes to see you there! |
